By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. Soulmint uses artificial intelligence to provide personalised prompts, visualisations, and mood insights. While we strive for accuracy and sensitivity, AI-generated content is for informational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

5. Account & Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Soulmint about product updates and launch announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, code, and content comprising the Soulmint platform (excluding your personal content) is the intellectual property of Soulmint. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
